立达书院，2020年成立，坐落于留仙洞园区锦园5、6栋，由商务外语学院主导建设。“立达”取自《论语·雍也》“己欲立而立人，己欲达而达人”，凝练“修身”“利他”之旨。书院以“立己以成人，达人以致远”为院训，深植孔子仁礼思想，融传统儒韵于现代技能人才培养，着力涵养学子人文精神与独立人格。书院构建明德讲坛、问道沙龙、知行工坊、致远习社四大育人载体，搭建思想启航与实践锤炼的平台，致力于培养兼具专业技能、济世情怀与社会担当的终身学习者，助力青年成为有底蕴、有本领、有担当的时代新人。
Lida College, established in 2020, is located in Buildings 5 and 6of the Jinyuan Student Residential Complex,Xili Campus (Liuxiandong Area), and is mainly constructed under the leadership of the School of Business Foreign Languages. The name“Lida”is derived fromYong Yeinin The Analects of Confucius:“To establish oneself and help others establish themselves; to achieve success and help others achieve success.”It encapsulates the principles of“self-cultivation”and“benefitting others.”The college motto is“Establish oneself to help others, achieve success to reach far,”deeply embedding the Confucian ideas of benevolence and propriety, integrating traditional Confucian charm into the cultivation of modern skilled talents, and focusing on nurturing students' humanistic spirit and independent character. The college has established four educational platforms: Mingde Forum,Wendao Salon,Zhixing Workshop, and Zhiyuan Study Club, providing a platform for both intellectual exploration and practical engagement.It is committed to cultivating lifelong learners with professional skills, a sense of social responsibility, and a spirit of service, helping young people become well-rounded, capable, and responsible members of the new generation.
