水木书院，2020年成立，坐落于西丽湖园区柳园G栋，由建筑工程学院主导建设。以“上善若水，木筑栋梁”为院训，旨在培育兼具如水涵容之德、如木担当之才的时代建设者。其中“上善若水”喻示润物无声、包容进取的品格修养；“木筑栋梁”象征扎实成长、堪当重任的骨干精神。书院围绕“思政引领、专业融通、社区育人”三条主线，打造“水木讲堂”“礼韵华章”等品牌活动，持续深化“一站式”学生社区建设，着力营造师生共融、学风笃实、贴近行业的成长生态，努力成为学生思想引领、素质拓展与专业发展的重要平台。
Shuimu College, established in 2020, is located at Liuyuan Student Residential Complex,Xili Campus (Xili Lake Area), and is led by the School of Civil Engineering. With the motto“The highest virtue is like water, wooden structures support the beams,”the college aims to cultivate contemporary builders who possess the virtue of water-like inclusiveness and the talent of wood-like responsibility. The phrase“The highest virtue is like water”signifies its educational vision of nurturing builders of the new era who embody both the virtue of water-humble, inclusive, and quietly nurturing,and the strength of timber-resilience, steady growth, and the capacity to shoulder great responsibilities.The college focuses on three main lines: political guidance, professional integration, and community-based education,and develops branded activities such as“Shuimu Lectures”and“Ritual Elegance”.
