鲲鹏书院，2024年成立，坐落于留仙洞园区锦园3、4栋。由管理学院主导建设。鲲鹏典出《庄子·逍遥游》，既寓志存高远、奋翼图南之象，亦承深圳“鹏城”之地脉，旨在扎根湾区，塑造青年思政育人典范。书院以“厚德笃志，敢为人先”为院训，融汇传统修养与特区精神，引导学子德业兼修、终身成长。院徽以“K”为形，化鲲鹏展翅于书卷波澜之间，象征自强不息、学思并进之态。书院构建“12345”工作体系，坚持以“党建与思政”为核心，贯通传统文化与时代精神，依托“鲲鹏行”“新视界”等五项品牌活动，全面提升学生综合素质。
Kunpeng College, established in 2024, is located in Buildings 3 and 4 of Jinyuan Student Residential Complex,Xili Campus (Liuxiandong Area). It is primarily developed under the leadership of the School of Management. The name Kunpeng comes from Xiaoyaoyou(A Happy Excursion)in Zhuangzi,,where the mythical Kun transforms into the great Peng bird and soars vast distances. It symbolizes lofty aspirations and the determination to pursue great ambitions, while also resonating with Shenzhen’s nickname“Pengcheng”(City of thePeng Bird).The college aims to take root in the Greater Bay Area and serve as a model for youth ideological and political education. The college motto is“Cultivate Virtue and Determination, Dare to Be a Pioneer”, integrating traditional cultivation with the spirit of the Special Economic Zone, guiding students to develop both moral integrity and professional competence for lifelong growth. The college emblem, shaped likethe letterK, depicts the Kunpeng spreading its wings over the waves of a book, symbolizing continuous self-improvement and the integration of learning and thinking. The college has established a“12345 work system(one core, two integrations, three foundations, four platforms, five brands)”, adhering to“Party Building and Ideological Education”at its core, blending traditional culture with contemporary spirit, and relying on five signature programs such as“Kunpeng Journey”and“New Horizons”to comprehensively enhance students' overall qualities.
