正业路，西丽湖园区南门主干道，连接南大门与学生公寓。其名取自《礼记·学记》“大学之教也时，教必有正业”，寓意学业须有根本、教学应循规范。以此为路名，旨在勉励师生恪守学业之本，以养成严谨教风与踏实学风。师生行经此路，步履之间，皆可体认学业之重、坚守为学之正。
Zhengye Road is the main avenueat the south gate of the Xili Campus(Xili Lake Area), connecting the south gateand the student residential area. Its name is derived from The Record of Learningin The Book of Rites:“In the teaching of the Great Learning, there must always be proper disciplines.”This phrase suggests that academic pursuits must have a found ation and teaching should follow norms.By naming the road Zhengye (“Proper Learning”or“Right Study”), the University encouragesteachers and students to adhere to the fundamentals of learning and to cultivate a rigorous teaching style within a solid academic atmosphere. As teachers and students walk along this road,they are reminded—step by step—of the importance of learning and the steadfastness required in scholarly pursuits.
