立言路，位于锦园第一餐厅与锦园学生公寓9-12栋西侧，北接步云路，南连立德路。其名承《左传》“三不朽”之“立言”精神，意在勉励师生不仅为知识传承者，更当为思想创造者、智慧传播者。今日所谓“立言”，非惟著书立说，而在于勇发新声、敢立标准、善凝智慧，使知识化为可传可行之力。
Liyan Road is located between the First Dining Hall of Jinyuan Student Residential Complexand the west side of Jinyuan Student Dormitories 9-12, connected to Buyun Road in the north and Lide Road in the south. Its name inherits the spirit of“establishing words”from thethe Three Imperishables mentioned in Zuo Tradition, aiming to encourage educators and students to not only to be transmitters of knowledge but also creators of thought and disseminatorsof wisdom. Today, the so-called“establishing words”goes beyond writing books and formulating theories. It emphasizes courageously voicing new ideas, daring to set new standards, and skillfully transforming wisdom into actionable and shareable knowledge.
