学思楼，2003年建成，留仙洞园区主教学楼之一。其名取自《论语》“学而不思则罔，思而不学则殆”之古训，深契学校育人理念之演进：自创校初期“大学水平的能工巧匠”“能工巧匠型的大学生”“介于白领和蓝领之间的‘灰领人才’”之定位，渐成“德业并进、学思并举、脑手并用”之复合型人才培养目标，始终倡扬学思结合、知行合一。以“学思”为名，正是勉励师生于理论与实践交融中勤学善思、笃行致用。
The Xuesi Building, completed in 2003, is one of the main teaching buildings inthe Xili Campus (Liuxiandong Area). Its name is derived from the ancient saying in TheAnalects of Confucius:“Learning without thought is labor lost; thought without learning is perilous.”Itclosely aligns with the evolution of theUniversity’s educational philosophy.In its early years, the institution defined its mission as cultivating“high-level skilled craftsmen,”“craftsman-type university students,”and“gray-collar talents”-professionals positioned between traditional white-collar and blue-collar roles.Over time, this vision has developed into the goal ofcultivating versatile talents who“advance in both virtue and profession, integrate learning and thinking, and combine intellect with hands-on skills.”The University always advocates the combination of learning and thinking and the unity of knowledge and action. Naming it“Xuesi”is precisely to encourage facilities and students to study diligently, think earnestly, and apply knowledge effectively in the integration of theory and practice.
