崇德楼，2008年建成，为官龙山园区行政办公与医护专业实训之所，兼具行政办公与专业实训双重功能。“崇德”典出《礼记·王制》“上贤以崇德”，意为尊贤尚德。行政层面秉持以德立身、以德润心之则；实训环节强调以德为魂，将仁心融于技艺之理念。既授精专医道，亦养高尚医德、人文底蕴与健全人格，助学子成长为德才兼备、仁术兼善之医者。
The Chongde Building, completed in 2008, serves as the administrative officesand professional medical training center inthe Xili Campus (Guanlong Mountain Area). The name“Chongde”is derived from The Royal Regulations in The Book of Rites:“Honor the virtuous to uphold virtue”, meaning to respect the virtuous and value morality. In the administrative role, it adheres to the principle of conducting oneself with virtue and nourishing the soul with virtue. In the training aspect, it emphasizes virtue as the soul, integrating benevolence into technical skill. These skills can then be imparted as specialized medical knowledge that cultivates noble medical ethics, cultural literacy, and a sound personality, shaping students into medical practitioners who are both virtuous and talented, and skilled in compassionatehealing.
